Before you write in.
How do I book a tour?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with the journey you want, roughly how many days you have, and your group size. We confirm availability and dates, then send a booking link. No account or upfront paperwork needed to get a real itinerary and quote.
What is the difference between Group, Private and Pickup pricing?
Group pricing joins you with other travellers on a shared departure date. Private pricing books the entire vehicle, guide and pace for your party only. The airport pickup add-on covers a private transfer from your arrival airport to the start of the tour.
Can an itinerary be customized?
Yes. Every published tour is a starting point, not a fixed template. We regularly adjust pacing, swap a city, add extra nights, or combine two regional circuits into one longer trip.
What is included in the price?
Accommodation, ground transport, a guide for included activities, and the sightseeing listed in the day-by-day itinerary. Flights between regions (on multi-region trips), personal expenses, and meals not specified in the itinerary are not included unless stated.
What is the best time of year to travel?
It depends on the region: North and Central India suit October to March, the hill circuits (Darjeeling, Sikkim) are best March-May and October-mid-December, and Kerala's backwaters are pleasant September to March. Each tour page states its specific best season.
How far in advance should I book?
Four to six weeks ahead is comfortable for most group departures. Private and custom itineraries, or travel during peak season (December-February), are easier to confirm with more notice.
Do you handle solo travellers?
Yes. Solo travellers can join group departures or book privately. Mention it when you enquire and we will point you to the better fit for your dates and budget.
