These terms apply to any journey booked through Colors India Tours and Travel. Please read them alongside the specific itinerary and price we send you when you enquire.
A quoted itinerary and price is not a confirmed booking. Your trip is confirmed once we receive your deposit and you receive written confirmation from us.
All prices are per person in Indian Rupees (INR) and depend on group size, season, and room/vehicle availability at the time of booking. Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices; we confirm the exact figure when you enquire.
[TO CONFIRM: deposit percentage, e.g. “A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking”] is required to confirm a booking. [TO CONFIRM: balance due date, e.g. “The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.”]
[TO CONFIRM: your actual cancellation fee schedule — for example: “Cancellations more than 30 days before departure: deposit less a XX% processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days: XX% of total cost. Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows: non-refundable.”] Refund timelines and any third-party costs (hotels, trains, internal flights) already paid on your behalf are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
Weather, local conditions, safety, or circumstances beyond our control (including government restrictions or closures) may require changes to an itinerary. We will always aim to substitute a comparable experience and will inform you as early as possible.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visa, and any other documents required for your trip. We are happy to advise where we can, but final responsibility rests with the traveller.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost luggage for all journeys booked with us.
Colors India Tours and Travel arranges accommodation, transport, and guiding services on your behalf through third-party providers. While we vet our partners carefully, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delays, third-party service failures, or events of force majeure.
